Mmm, here’s a ‘tip’ – do the spray tan I pay you for! Goodness! Do you tip the news-agent when you buy a newspaper from him? No. You just pay the going rate for the item! How can you give someone money to do something, then give them extra simply because they have done the thing you JUST paid them to do?
