You go in a room and completly strip down. You put this lotion in the booth on your nails so they dont turn orange. Put all of your hair in a cap but make sure the cap is really close next to the hairline so your forehead isnt half and half. Then press a button on the outside of the booth and it cleans it then you go inside and stand on this line and press a button and close your eyes spread your legs and put your arms up. hold your breath and keep your mouth closed.
