I am a teenage girl and its a break between port seasons but ive totally let myself go so im all white and ‘the pouch’ is taking over my abbs. I live in hawaii so I have every opportunity to tan. Now spring break and and paddling season are coming up fast SOOOOOO me and my friend are planning on one weekend totally devoted to beautifying so I need tips on:
-tanning (brands of tanning lotion, is coco oil good?, how long til you burn)
-abbs (killer crunches & other techniques)
-arms (push-ups vs sitt-ups vs lifting)
-blondifying (chamomile recipes, does lemon really turn it orange even if ur already blonde? NO sun in, heard it sucks and NO dye/bleach, im a natural)
-good facials & facial recipes (my new makeup made me breakout… ewwww acne)
-debloatifying foods (I heard smoothies are good, any recipes? does egg whites for protein boast make it gross?)
-general fun spa-day feel-good activeties (we need to balance out our intentness w/fun)

any specific meansurements for the stawberry masc?
what do I start with for tanning? yeah im white, I usually do about half an hour one each side but does the oil make it go faster?
tanning-banana boat tanning oil…if your pale add 4 min everyday each time you tan.
abbs-100 crunches a day, run 1/2 a mile a day, walk a lot.
arms- i would do lifting,(ps. sit-ups wont do anything for your arms)
blondifying-if your blonde, use lemon juice, if your brunnete, go to a salon and get highlights.(its the only way)
facials-mashed up strawberrys, sugar, and baking soda
foods-NO smoothies unless they are all natural…eat your vegies
spa day-manis/pedis.
PS the most importing thing to be skinny, have good skin…etc is WATER. it makes you soo much healthier
