    How do you do to keep the sparkles on your eyelid? Do you use anything special underneath? When I use this kind of thing, the sparkly particles always start to fall down… after a while a have nothing left on my eyelid ( even with eyeshadow base underneath… By the way I really like your tutorials, you are great! Subscribed )
